In February, High Ability year 9 and 10 students entered the National UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge!

After the recent successful enrichment day where year 7 students worked on their employability skills, the top 10 students from that day went on a workplace visit to Forward 3D.  

The year 7 football team secured another win recently in a hard fought game with Harris Morden.  The boys came out victors 2-0.

On Thursday 30th November the Academy was pleased to attend the Merton celebration event held at Raynes Park school. This was an opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievements of young people across the borough. Several students' from St Mark's were there to collect their awards.

Today, 103 shoeboxes left our Academy and will be going to various parts of the world making countless children happy, giving them joy and hope in what can be very challenging and difficult circumstances.

The fantastic news of our students keeps rolling in!  Year 7 Junior Cadet Subhaan Arshad has won the Metropolitan Police Christmas poster competition. 

Our fantastic Sixth Formers have yet agin showed themselves to be a massive credit to the school as the ably took part in the wimbledon Bookfest as part of the Take 10 Film Making Project.

The inspirational Lorraine Pascal visited the academy today and spoke to our amazing Sixth form students.  Lorraine, who is a famous TV Chef/Baker and former model, shared her stories of her life and her confidence code. 

Following on from her Merton “Young Volunteer of the Year” Award earlier this year, Savannah has once again been recognized for her outstanding contribution as a Volunteer Police Cadet in the Merton VPC unit.
